Church Construction Debt Reduction

To complete the church, the parish took out a loan of $2.9M from the diocese. The loan has not been amortized yet. Currently, we are only paying 3.5% interest on the loan. Once the loan is amortized, we will begin making a monthly mortgage payment. The more we can pay down the principal prior to amortization, the lower our monthly mortgage payment will be.
