RALLY - October 23

RALLY is an annual event where the young Church in the Diocese of Arlington gathers to pray, learn, and celebrate the Catholic faith. This year's RALLY will be held on October 23, 2022 at Bishop O'Connell High School. RALLY includes Mass with Bishop Burbidge, Eucharistic Adoration, inspirational speakers and entertainers, breakout sessions, inflatable games, music, and more! RALLY is open to any high school youth who wants to attend, at any stage in their faith journey. More information/registration

Come find out about saints, All Saints Day, and what we can learn from the saints. Dawn Marie Beutner, author of Saints: Becoming an Image of Christ Every Day of the Year, will speak about saints who can inspire us to become better Catholics. Presentation followed by audience questions and answers. Signed books available at a discount for $25.

Presentation is hosted by the Women of St. Ambrose.

  • Saint Ambrose School and Parish Religious Education students are already included in our final numbers.

Stained Glass Window Restoration Livestream

September 23, 2022

On Thursday, September 29, 2022, the Beyer Studio (Philadelphia, PA) will livestream the restoration process of a stained glass window which will be installed in the new St. Ambrose Church. Work will begin roughly around 8:30 am and promptly end at 4:30 pm. More information

Religious Ed Homeschooling Meeting

September 23, 2022

Parishioners interested in homeschooling their children for Religious Education grades 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6 should notify the Religious Education Office. Grades 2, 7 & 8 are Sacramental preparation years and St. Ambrose requires those classes be attended in-person with rare exceptions (i.e., for serious health situations).

There will be a brief meeting for St. Ambrose Parish families choosing the homeschool option for Religious Education on Monday evening, October 3 at 6pm in the Parish Hall Library. Homeschool classes are asynchronous; they begin October 3 and must be completed by May 24, 2023. Religious Ed grades 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6 Homeschool registration form.
