Welcome Sunday at St. Ambrose

"Welcome one another, therefore, as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God." - Romans 15:71

Welcome Sunday is a chance to take a minute and greet those around us, whether new acquaintances or old friends, to share in the joy of Sunday and our Parish community. Welcome Sundays are hosted by parish groups/individuals on the first Sunday of the month after the 8 and 10 am Masses. The hosting group is highlighted in the parish bulletin and the parish website, and staffs a table displaying information about their work as an invitation to invite parishioners to join their efforts. Volunteers help serve coffee and donuts and clean up afterward. A free-will offering is collected to provide Welcome Sunday funds, which remains self-sufficient through the generosity of our parish.
